Quality issues with Premium Oasis product

On February 17, 1975, I signed up for Premium Oasis's premium plan at their Treutelstad, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $682.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anastasia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
