I have been a loyal customer of The Classic Residence Hangzhou for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-2656-XZY-6402) on October 22, 1998, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
