I am writing regarding order #ORD-2834-IWQ-6851 placed with The Classic Residence Hangzhou on September 18, 1991. I paid $241.65 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lou J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
