I am writing regarding order #ORD-7706-XCO-7821 placed with The Classic Residence Hangzhou on March 6, 1995. I paid $981.72 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mittie F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
