I want to report a serious concern with GlobalReserve's membership that I purchased on November 25, 2007 from your North Shad, Maine store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maverick P., but my issue remains unresolved.
