I purchased a membership from Escape at Classic Group on June 8, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shania V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
