Warranty claim denied by Cozy Mansion Getaways

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3758-ZHM-4735 placed with Cozy Mansion Getaways on March 25, 1997. I paid $547.59 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ray X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
