Equity of Capital provided defective product

I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Equity of Capital. After paying $815.61 for product, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Elmer Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
