I purchased a subscription from Equity of Capital on September 10, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dorothea J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
