Unresolved issue with Builders Solutions product

On March 26, 1980, I signed up for Builders Solutions's warranty service at their North Arne, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $484.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Francisca H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
