Warranty claim denied by Reserve of Liberty

On January 29, 1979, I signed up for Reserve of Liberty's premium plan at their West Gagehaven, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $433.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kira L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
