I purchased a service from Reserve of Liberty on March 17, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Juwan J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
