I have been a loyal customer of Unified Machine Group Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1147-AVJ-5861) on December 25, 2014, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
