Overcharged by The Classic Palace for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9060-CFB-6824 placed with The Classic Palace on April 27, 1979. I paid $981.48 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Winona U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
