Mansion Experiences provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7102-STS-8824 placed with Mansion Experiences on March 23, 2020. I paid $807.18 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trenton K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
