On October 16, 1996, I signed up for Premium Haven & Luxury Houston's maintenance program at their Leschberg, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $944.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Selina L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
