I want to report a serious concern with Serene Lodge Bandung's system that I purchased on April 30, 1982 from your South Ayla, Montana store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rhiannon M., but my issue remains unresolved.
