I am writing regarding order #ORD-2465-AXL-9546 placed with Premium Inn Destinations Corp. on October 28, 1989. I paid $318.61 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrel K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
