Delayed delivery from Builders Professionals

On October 26, 2008, I signed up for Builders Professionals's warranty service at their Lake Cleveland, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $752.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Molly R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
