I purchased a system from The Premium Retreat on July 6, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jonathan X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
