Misleading advertising by The Diamond Accommodations Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1942-NVG-8687 placed with The Diamond Accommodations Inc. on July 20, 1975. I paid $269.80 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alena M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
