Refund refused by The Diamond Accommodations Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5969-HKA-1540 placed with The Diamond Accommodations Inc. on November 25, 2008. I paid $736.59 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jamel B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
