Unsatisfactory resolution from Residence at Serene

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3031-KCP-4795 placed with Residence at Serene on July 25, 2004. I paid $665.30 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harrison D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
