Properties Team Corp. refused to address issue

I purchased a solution from Properties Team Corp. on June 7, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lonnie R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
