I purchased a membership from Summit & Group on January 2, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Simone K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
