Warranty claim denied by Builders Bros International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8235-NNT-4752 placed with Builders Bros International on March 1, 2020. I paid $123.49 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Peter J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
