I purchased a subscription from Builders Bros International on March 5, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chase H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
