Warranty claim denied by Industries Systems

On December 3, 1985, I signed up for Industries Systems's return process at their Antoinettefort, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $535.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brent N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
