Unauthorized charges from Secure & Partners Edinburgh Enterprises

On April 23, 2011, I signed up for Secure & Partners Edinburgh Enterprises's upgrade service at their Priceside, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $455.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Coralie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
