I want to report a serious concern with Lodge at Royal's membership that I purchased on February 23, 2016 from your West Ransom, Hawaii store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Noble X., but my issue remains unresolved.
