I have been a loyal customer of NationalBank Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2826-WQC-6170) on January 14, 1998, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
