On July 20, 1985, I signed up for NationalBank Enterprises's customer support at their Port Margaretport, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $864.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Grady I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
