On January 29, 2017, I signed up for Innovative Development's customer support at their West Alexa, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $764.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erin N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
