Refund refused by Dynamic Architecture Associates Ipoh

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1835-MPZ-2789 placed with Dynamic Architecture Associates Ipoh on September 22, 2003. I paid $602.70 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abbie N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
