Quality issues with Ultimate Engineering product

On August 7, 1972, I signed up for Ultimate Engineering's troubleshooting service at their North Pansy, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $712.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marlene I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
