False promises made by Escape at Luxury representative

I want to report a serious concern with Escape at Luxury's solution that I purchased on August 26, 1981 from your Armstrongton, Oklahoma store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Flavie W., but my issue remains unresolved.
