Unauthorized charges from Venture of Prime

On June 10, 1985, I signed up for Venture of Prime's troubleshooting service at their Chasefort, New York location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $633.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edward V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
