Hidden fees discovered from Quality Development & Sons

On July 10, 2001, I signed up for Quality Development & Sons's troubleshooting service at their Jesstown, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $719.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonny K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
