I am writing regarding order #ORD-4491-UGJ-3940 placed with Strong Development on January 25, 2016. I paid $453.30 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Toney Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
