Master-Metal Berlin provided defective product

On March 26, 1970, I signed up for Master-Metal Berlin's upgrade service at their East Eddieshire, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $582.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Armando Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
