I have been a loyal customer of Innovative Build & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1823-LQH-1570) on September 22, 1980, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
