Precision-Projects International refused to address issue

On April 7, 1998, I signed up for Precision-Projects International's premium plan at their Port Cullen, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $663.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reed X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
