Overcharged by Precision-Projects International for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2202-EMF-4082 placed with Precision-Projects International on October 24, 2012. I paid $253.36 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Christopher U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
