Quality issues with Industrial Components Engineering International product

On July 14, 1989, I signed up for Industrial Components Engineering International's consultation at their Terrenceside, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $441.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rollin Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
