Hidden fees discovered from Homes Development Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9087-SPF-3503 placed with Homes Development Enterprises on February 16, 2012. I paid $487.38 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Orlo B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
