False promises made by United Invest Services representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7857-RGA-5173 placed with United Invest Services on May 11, 2001. I paid $884.5 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Russell H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
