Sovereign & Partners failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Sovereign & Partners's service that I purchased on January 9, 2025 from your North Martabury, Connecticut store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vada O., but my issue remains unresolved.
