Unresolved issue with Sovereign & Partners product

On June 6, 1986, I signed up for Sovereign & Partners's return process at their West Wilberstad, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $311.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lindsay P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
