Warranty claim denied by Advanced Production

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5305-NXR-5028 placed with Advanced Production on August 30, 2019. I paid $91.91 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaitlin E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
