Misleading advertising by PrimeSavings

On May 22, 2005, I signed up for PrimeSavings's repair service at their Hankfurt, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $806.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerod I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
